Japan has given the automotive industry of the world lots of great, fast and high quality cars. Japanese car designs always took into consideration the root of Japanese culture, its history and aspirations. The Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, Inc. (JAMA) is a non-profit industry association which comprises Japan's fourteen manufacturers of passenger cars, trucks, buses and motorcycles. Founded in 1Daihatsu is one of the oldest car manufacturers in Japan.
They created numerous types of cars, from normal automobiles to motorcycles, electric carts and hybrids as well. Mazda is another major Japanese automaker, which enters top of the largest car manufacturers in the world. The main feature of every auto is its style and great performance.

Japanese car have about 30% share of world car production as of year 2012. Japan is home to many of the world's well-known car brands such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Suzuki, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Lexus, Infiniti, Acura, Datsun, Hino, Daihatsu, Isuzu and Subaru.
Toyota and Honda remained the top selling vehicle manufacturers and brands in Japan in the first quarter of 2015. The Aqua was Japan’s favorite car model. Toyota, Honda and Suzuki. The Japanese market shrank by 9% to just over million vehicles.
