Code P01- Mass Air Flow Sensor Circuit Range/Performance

Problems with Mass Air Flow sensors are common. Bad or contaminated Mass Air Flow sensor can possibly cause a wide range of various vehicle driveability problems such as stalling, especially when the engine is col misfiring, poor acceleration, etc.ACARDONE Remanufactured Mass Air Flow Sensors (MAFS) precisely track O.E.M. output curves and maintain specification tolerances to ensure accurate scan tool readings for proper operation. I believe it turned out to be the Mass Airflow Sensor or a component of the intake system. What I believe happens is that as the parts wear, they don't function up to full specs. My 20Chevy Malibu was serviced for this problem in July 2011. September 2August 2September 2014.


In February 2this light came on for the fifth time in years.
